We apologise in advance for any disruptions to delivery dates as a result of the planned Royal Mail postal strikes.  Whilst we endeavour to use alternate delivery services, we cannot predict the impact of the strikes and the knock-on effect these will have.  If you have any concerns regarding an order, please email us on hello@robert-frederick.co.uk

UK DELIVERY £4.99 OR FREE!

For Mainland UK, delivery is £4.99 per order and we'll cover the cost if your total order spend is over £30.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, due to the current increased cost of shipping, we cannot offer international shipping outside of Europe at this time.  

SHIPPING POLICY

We will do our best to process and ship your order immediately so that you can receive the goods as soon as possible. Our choice of couriers are DHL, Royal Mail and Hermes.

If something goes wrong, rest assured we will put it right.
