I purchased one of your products from a stockist and it's faulty, can you help?

We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased directly from www.rfgifts.co.uk. If you bought the item from another retailer, please contact them directly.

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges depend on the destination, please see our Delivery Options page for more information. 

When will I receive my order?

We aim to get all UK orders to you within 4-7 working days.  

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please complete the Contact Us form with your order number and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

An item from my order is missing or damaged, what should I do?

Please complete the Contact Us form with your order number, product details, and the issue and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.  For damages, we may require photographs. 

Can I return an item for an exchange/ refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will be happy to refund or exchange any product purchased directly from www.rfgifts.co.uk.  Please see our Returns Policy page for more information.  For products purchased from a third party retailer, please contact them directly.
